  • All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Facet Dev.
  • Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement.
  • We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

  • A deposit is required before project commencement
  • Payments are due within the timeframe specified in invoices
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • Work may be paused for overdue accounts

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond to requests and feedback in a timely manner
  • Ensure they have rights to any content provided to us
  • Review and approve work within agreed timeframes

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. This includes business strategies, proprietary data, and any information marked as confidential during the course of the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Facet Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your requirements.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services as outlined in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
